Warranty
Full warranty for all jewelry and settings for 2 years.
Cleaning and renewing for Gold jewelry at no cost with no time limit.
Warranty is valid only as long as the jewelry is reasonably maintained, and is invalidated in the event the jewelry is repaired by a party other than She-Ra workshop.
Replacements & Returns
The jewelry can be replaced as long as it was unused, and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery/ pick up. We would be happy to offer you another piece of jewelry or store credit for future use.
A monetary refund can be given within 10 days of delivery/ pick up, less a cancellation fee at a rate not to exceed 5% of the transaction price, or $30, whichever is lower.

** Return shipping of jewelry to the shop in case of return or exchange will be done at the Customer's expense.
Our jewelry is crafted in 14K or 18K gold.
Each piece is set exclusively with natural or lab-grown diamonds and high-quality gemstones:

โฆ Natural White Diamonds โ High clarity grade of VS or higher.
For diamonds up to 0.10 carat: F color.
For diamonds above 0.10 carat: DโH color range.
โฆ Natural Cognac Diamonds โ Featuring a rich and distinctive brown hue, along with black diamonds and fine gemstones such as sapphire, ruby, emerald, aquamarine, and onyx.
โฆ Diamonds above 0.30 carat are accompanied by an official IGL certificate.
The diamonds and gemstones we set are carefully hand-selected. Our collection offers a wide variety of shapes, colors, and sizes.
