Free DHL Express for any purchase - arrives within 5 business days to the US & Europe and within 7 days to anywhere else.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes as determined by local authorities. These additional costs, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient. Need a gift for today? You can order express delivery from now to now by phone coordination with our shop.
The jewelry can be replaced as long as it was unused, and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery/ pick up. We would be happy to offer you another piece of jewelry or store credit for future use.
A monetary refund is possible within 10 days of delivery/ pick up, less a cancellation fee at a rate not to exceed 5% of the transaction price, or $30, whichever is lower.
✦ It is not possible to return a custom-made jewelry and worn earrings (custom-made rings, engraved jewelry, special length necklaces, piercings).
✦ Return shipping of jewelry to the shop in case of return or exchange will be done at the Customer’s expense.
