Full warranty for all jewelry and settings for 2 years.
Cleaning and renewing for Gold jewelry at no cost with no time limit.
Warranty is valid only as long as the jewelry is reasonably maintained, and is invalidated in the event the jewelry is repaired by a party other than She-Ra workshop.
Replacements & Returns
The jewelry can be replaced as long as it was unused, and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery/ pick up. We would be happy to offer you another piece of jewelry or store credit for future use.
A monetary refund can be given within 10 days of delivery/ pick up, less a cancellation fee at a rate not to exceed 5% of the transaction price, or $30, whichever is lower.

All our jewelry are made of solid 14/18 karat gold.
We set only diamonds and high-quality gems in our jewelry:
✦ Natural white diamonds of high cleanliness - VS and over, cut ideally in various shapes; Round Brilliant cut, Princess cut, Pear cut, Baguette cut, Oval cut and more. The color of the inlaid diamonds is high white F in diamonds up to 0.10 carats, and in larger diamonds within the D-H range.
✦ In other models, we feature natural cognac colored diamonds – with a rich and unique brown color, black diamonds and high-quality gems such as sapphire, ruby, emerald, aquamarine and onyx.
✦ We provide a certificate from the IGL Diamond Institute for diamonds over 0.3 carats.
